I had the pleasure of watching my children thrive when interacting with Laura during both individual and classroom instruction. Her genuine interest in her students stems from seeing them as people first, with unique abilities and interests. Laura is able to capitalize on how she makes each student feel and uses that trusting and respectful relationship to make great strides in their learning goals. Laura supports each student by meeting them where they are and takes an active role and personal stake in their achievements. Students remember Laura Bruni long after their teacher-student relationship comes to an end. She has made a lasting impact on both of my daughters as they look back fondly on their time with her. I highly recommend Laura both as a person and as an educator.

Laura, Teresa, and the entire Embrace team are deeply committed to understanding the unique needs of every child. Their ability to communicate effectively with both our son and us helped create a trusting and supportive environment, which was crucial for our son’s progress. The recommendations they provided were not only well-informed but also practical and tailored specifically to his needs. They demonstrated a strong understanding of early childhood development and employed strategies that were both innovative and evidence-based. Additionally, the follow-up support and resources they offered were invaluable. Their willingness to collaborate, provide ongoing guidance, and adapt their strategies as needed showcased their flexibility and commitment to our son’s well-being. Laura and Teresa have made a profound impact on our son’s life and learning journey.

My 8-year-old daughter had been going to a private school near our house for 7 years. As she got older, she started to struggle with academics. The school told me that she no longer “fits in" the school. I was devastated. My daughter is slightly different than her typical peers, yet extremely intelligent. She’s well behaved and interested in reading and writing yet struggles with math. We had to get tutoring services for her after school, which was an added pressure on her. At the beginning of this semester, when I heard one of the best and experienced teachers is starting a private school-Embrace Academy, which is going to be a general education from 1st-12th grade, I was relieved. The most exciting part is that the school is going to focus on individualized learning and small class sizes, which we desperately need in the Las Vegas area. None of the private schools in the Las Vegas area have accommodations for individualized learning. This approach is really going to open the door for all parents whose children thrive with individual attention and learning. I’m excited to be part of this journey and hope more parents that desperately need help, join us for the success of this school.
